文档摘要：高校党委书记是确保党的教育方针政策有效执行的第一责任人,在高校办学发展及职能发挥中起着至关重要的作用.基于我国西部某市25所本科高校党委书记任职经历及高校服务地方经济社会发展贡献度的相关数据,实证分析了高校党委书记的任职经历对其任职高校服务地方经济社会发展贡献度的影响.研究表明:在高校党委书记任职经历中,时任年龄、是否有博士学位、是否教育系统内提拔、是否有海外学习工作经历等构成要素对其任职高校服务地方经济社会发展贡献度无显著影响;从上一层次高校调任比非上一层次高校调任的服务贡献度水平低.研究结论对于高校党委书记队伍建设及选拔任用与高校社会服务等职能的发挥具有一定的参考价值.
Abstract：ThePartysecretaryofuniversityisthefirstresponsiblepersontoensuretheeffectiveimplementationoftheParty'seducationalpolicyandplaysavitalroleinthedevelopmentandfunctionofuniversityrunning.Basedontherelevantdataof25PartysecretariesofundergraduateuniversityinacityinwesternChinaandthecontributiondegreeofuniversitiestolocaleconomicandsocialdevelopment,theinfluenceofuniversitypartysecretaries'workingexperienceonthecontributiondegreeofuniversitiestolocaleconomicandsocialdevelopmentwasempiricallyanalyzed.TheresearchshowsthatsomecomponentsoftheexperienceofPartysecretariesinuniversitieshavenosignificantimpactontheircontributiontolocaleconomicandsocialdevelopment,suchasageduringtheirtenure,whethertheyhaveadoctor'sdegree,whethertheyarepromotedwithintheeducationsystem,andwhethertheyhaveoverseasstudyandworkexperience.Furthermore,PartySecretariestransferredfromahigher-leveluniversityexhibitlowerlevelsofservicecontributionscomparedtothosenottransferredfromhigher-levelcontributions.Theconclusiondrawnfromthisstudyholdacertainreferencevaluefortheconstruction,selection,andappointmentofPartySecretaryteamsinuniversities,aswellasthefulfillmentoftheirrolesinsocialservices.
