2014年阜阳豆腐豆腐皮中检出单核细胞增生李斯特菌
目的  对市售豆腐、豆腐皮进行抽样检测。方法 GB 4789.30-2010 《食品微生物学检验 单核细胞增生李斯特菌检验》进行检验。结果 从豆腐、豆腐皮中检出单核细胞增生李斯特菌,35组豆腐豆腐皮中检出单核细胞增生李斯特菌5组检出率14.3%。结论 豆腐、豆腐皮检出该菌在阜阳市尚属首次,在2013版食品安全国家标准食品中致病菌限量即食豆类制品非发酵豆制品中尚无单核细胞增生李斯特菌限量要求,应加强市售非发酵豆制品卫生监督和预防。

Objective : This study was to do sampling test of bean curd and bean curd skin products from the markets. Method :The method of GB4789.30-2010 "National food safety standard Food microbiological examination: Listeria monocytogenes"was adopted for testing..Results: L.monocytogenes were detected in the 5 groups among 35 groups of bean curd and bean curd skin and the detection rate was 14.3%.Conclusion: L.monocytogenes were detected in the bean curd and bean curd skin products for the first time in Fuyang city. There is no limitation requirement of Listeria monocytogenes in the 2013 edition of national food safety standards of food pathogenic bacteria in the soybean products including bean curd and bean curd skin so far.  Health supervision and prevention should be strengthened tobean curd and bean curd skin in the markets. .
