摘要：针对双三相电机驱动系统开路故障容错控制问题,依据双三相电机空间矢量解耦理论,提出一种简易的容错控制方法,即虚拟健全系统.研究了双三相永磁同步电机驱动系统单相缺相和开关管故障,给出了基于电流补偿的容错控制和最小铜耗容错控制的参考电流,其中以绕组总铜耗最小为优化目标得到的容错参考电流为全局最优铜耗解.采用重复控制器实现非常规容错控制参考电流的有效精确跟踪.提出的容错控制方法可确保系统容错切换过程中,整体控制框架、数学模型、调制策略均保持不变,仅需改变参考电流,降低了容错控制的复杂度.同时,提出的容错方法也可以扩展到其他相数多相电机的容错控制.
Abstract：Tosolvetheproblemofopencircuitfault-tolerantcontrolofdualthree-phasemotordrivesys-tem,asimplefault-tolerantcontrolmethod,virtualhealthysystem,wasproposedbasedonthespacevec-tordecouplingtheoryofdualthree-phasemotor.Thesingleopen-phaseandopen-switchfaultofdualthree-phasepermanentmagnetsynchronousmotordrivesystemwerestudied,andthereferencecurrentoffault-tolerantcontrolbasedoncurrentcompensationandminimumcopperlossesfault-tolerantcontrolweregiven,inwhichthefault-tolerantreferencecurrentobtainedwiththeminimumtotalwindingcoppercon-sumptionastheoptimizationobjectiveistheglobaloptimalcopperconsumptionsolution.Therepetitivecontrollerwasusedtorealizetheeffectiveandaccuratetrackingofthereferencecurrentofunconventionalfault-tolerantcontrol.Theproposedfault-tolerantcontrolmethodcanensurethattheoverallcontrolframe-work,mathematicalmodelandmodulationstrategyremainunchangedintheprocessoffault-tolerantswitching.Onlythereferencecurrentneedstobechanged,whichreducesthecomplexityoffault-tolerantcontrol.Atthesametime,theproposedfault-tolerantmethodcanalsobeextendedtothefault-tolerantcontrolofothermultiphasemotors.
