免疫磁珠的制备及其在食品安全检测中的应用
免疫磁珠(immunomagnetic beads, IMBs)作为一种新型磁性纳米粒子材料, 具有超顺磁性和尺寸小等特性, 以及可进行多样化修饰等特点, 在食品安全检测方面有较好的应用前景。本文介绍了IMBs性能及其制备方法, 并对这几种方法的优缺点进行了比较。重点介绍了磁珠在食品安全检测领域的应用, 包括食源性致病菌、有机污染物、毒素、重金属离子以及其他生物分子的检测, 并对该领域的应用前景进行了展望, 以期为此种技术应用于食品安全检测提供参考。
Immunomagnetic beads (IMBs), as the latest magnetic nanoparticle materials, have the characteristics of superparamagnetism, small size, and carring on the diversification decoration and so on, so IMBs have a good application foreground in food safety detection. This article described properties and the preparation methods of IMBs, the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were also compared. It focused on current applications of IMBs in food safety detection, including detection of foodborne pathogenic bacteria, organic pollutants, toxins, heavy metal ions and other biological molecules, and also looked into its future application prospects in this field. The purpose is to provide references for future application of this technology in food safety detection.
