离子色谱法测定牛奶中的硫氰酸根
采用883型离子色谱仪瑞士万通色谱仪对牛奶中的硫氰酸根进行测定。通过一系列牛奶样品实验数据及样品回收的分析,对离子色谱在牛奶检测中的具体应用进行了较详细的论述。结果线性关系好(R=0.9999),回收率高,重现性好。方法可用于牛奶中硫氰酸根的检测进样体积20μL,在样品的前处理部分该方法采用了瑞士万通独有的英蓝渗析技术,大大简化了样品的前处理,结果线性关系好(R=0.9999),回收率高,重现性好。方法可用于牛奶中硫氰酸根的检测。
