气相色谱法测定凉拌菜中的1,2-丙二醇和 1,3-丙二醇
目的 建立同时测定凉拌菜中1,2-丙二醇和1,3-丙二醇的气相色谱分析方法。方法 样品中的丙二醇经无水乙醇提取、浓缩后, 用毛细管柱气相色谱法测定。结果 1,2-丙二醇和1,3-丙二醇分别在3.03~505.00 mg/L和3.06~510.00 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系, 相关系数分别为0.9999和1, 方法的检出限分别为0.95 mg/kg和0.96 mg/kg (S/N=3), 在60、30、3 mg/kg 3个添加水平下, 1,2-丙二醇和1,3-丙二醇的平均回收率为93.7%~107.8%, RSD为0.97%~2.26% (n=9)。结论 本方法灵敏度高、重现性好、简单快捷, 用于凉拌菜中1,2-丙二醇和1,3-丙二醇的同时检测, 结果较满意。
Objective To establish a method of simultaneous determination of 1,2 propanediol and 1,3 propanediol in salad by gas chromatography. Methods Propanediols in samples were extracted with anhydrous alcohol concentrated by rotary evaporator and analyzed by gas chromatography. Results The method showed a good linearity over the range of 3.03~505.00 mg/L for 1,2 propanediol and 3.06~510.00 mg/L for 1,3 propanediol, with correlation coefficients of 0.9999 and 1 respectively. The limits of detection for 1,2 propanediol and 1,3 propanediol were 0.95 mg/kg and 0.96 mg/kg (S/N=3), respectively. The recoveries were 93.7%~107.8% at the spiked level of 60, 30, 3 mg/kg with the RSD between 0.97% and 2.26% (n=9). Conclusion This method is sensitive, reliable, and simple, which has been applied for the determination of 1,2 propanediol and 1,3 propanediol in salad with satisfactory results.
