桩端加环对PHC桩影响的试验研究
摘要:PHC桩在动力打桩过程中,往往会因为锤击数或锤击能量过高而发生桩头或桩身损坏,引起的挤土效应和振动效应也会对周围环境造成不良影响。PHC桩桩端加环可减少沉桩过程中桩侧土体摩阻力的影响,结合某电厂工程综合试桩工作,通过对沉桩总锤击数、最终贯入度、土塞高度、打桩振动测试及高应变检测结果的分析,指出桩端加环对保证PHC桩的完整性和减小打桩振动效应有较好的效果,且不影响PHC桩的最终单桩极限承载力,对PHC桩挤土效应也影响甚微。研究结果对工程桩施工和类似工程具有一定的指导意义。
Abstract:In the course of power driving, damage to the PHC pile head and body often occur because of the exorbitant blow count or blow energy, the compacting effect and vibration effect also have an evil influence to the surroundings. By adding a hoop beneath the PHC pile endpoint, the influence of frictional force of pile side can be reduced. Based on the comprehensive test pile in a power plant project, through the research to the total blow count, final injection depth, soil plugging height, vibration test and high-strain test, we show that adding a hoop beneath the PHC pile endpoint has better effect to keep the pile integrity and reduce the vibration effect, the final ultimate bearing capacity of single pile is not be affected, the effect to compacting effect is also weak. This research results have references to pile driving in the construction of the power plant and similar porjects.
