摘要：挥发性有机物化合物(VOCs)对人体健康和气候环境都有着很大危害,其具有涵盖物质范围广、涉及的领域多等特点.工业VOCs防治是现阶段中国治理大气污染的首要任务,聚丙烯的工业生产是挥发性有机物化合物产生源之一,在气相流化床生产聚丙烯工艺中,树脂在净化后进入挤压机工段所产生的挥发性气体都是经过下料料斗上部放空阀直接排入大气,对环境造成了污染.为了达到低碳排放标准,对现有工艺流程进行改造,升级生产技术,集中处理挥发性气体.在聚丙烯生产挤压造粒工段,挤压机下料斗上部安装尾气收集排放装置,树脂及添加剂在进入挤压机熔融、挤压和造粒前将所产生的挥发性气体收集并排放到RCO系统中,挥发性气体在RCO系统中燃烧达到标准后排放至大气,避免了挥发性有机化合物在大气中的排放,降低了环境污染的同时也省下了排污征收费用的支出.
Abstract：Volatileorganiccompounds(VOCs)havegreatharmtohumanhealthandclimateenvironment,whichcoversawiderangeofsubstancesandinvolvesmanyfields.IndustrialVOCspreventionandcontrolistheprimarytaskofairpollutioncontrolinChinaatthisstage,theindustrialproductionofpolypropyleneisoneofthesourcesofvolatileorganiccompounds,intheprocessofproducingpolypropylenebygas-phasefluidizedbed,thevolatilegasproducedbyresinenteringtheextrudersectionafterpurificationisdirectlydischargedintotheatmospherethroughtheventvalveattheupperpartofthedischargehopper,whichcausesenvironmentalpollution.Inordertomeetthelowcarbonemissionstandards,theexistingprocesswillbereformed,theproductiontechnologywillbeupgraded,andthevolatilegaswillbecentrallytreated.Intheextrusionpelletingsectionofpolypropyleneproduction,exhaustgascollectionanddischargedeviceisinstalledontheupperpartofthehopperundertheextrusionmachine.ThevolatilegasesgeneratedbytheresinandadditivesarecollectedandputintotheRCOsystembeforeenteringtheextrusionmachineformelting,extrusionandgranulation.ThevolatilegasesaredischargedintotheatmosphereafterburningintheRCOsystemtomeetthestandard,avoidingtheemissionofvolatileorganiccompoundsintheatmosphere.Thereductionofenvironmentalpollutionalsosavestheexpenditureofsewagecollectionfees.
