山西省近地面O3时空分布特征及防治研究

文档摘要：基于山西省2018年-2023年例行监测数据,分析了该省近地面O3时空分布特征,选取大同、晋中、临汾三市开展典型城市污染特征分析.结果表明:近年来全省城市区域SO2、CO、NO2、颗粒物的污染状况有明显改善,O3年均浓度降幅最小,秩系数分析显示O3改善无显著意义,部分地区出现O3污染加剧.省域尺度年内O3浓度月变化呈单峰型,污染呈区域化,年均浓度超标区域集中在太行山与吕梁山之间的汾河谷地中南部和中条山-太岳山一线东侧的长治盆地.典型城市的O3小时浓度日变化呈单峰型特征;晋中、临汾两市O3浓度月变化呈"M"型特征,大同市O3浓度月变化呈单峰型.为持续改善空气质量,山西省应加强PM2.5与O3协同控制,推进产业结构调整,强化VOC减排,完善VOC监测网络建设.

Abstract：BasedonroutinemonitoringdatasofShanxiProvinceinrecentyears,thetemporalandspatialdistributioncharacteristicsofnear-surfaceozonewereanalyzed,andtypicalurbanO3pollutioncharacteristicswereanalyzedinDatong,Jinzhong,andLinfen.TheresultsindicatethatthepollutionsituationofSO2,CO,NO2andparticulatematterinurbanareasoftheprovincehassignificantlyim-provedinrecentyears,buttheimprovementinozonepollutionwasminimal,andtheO3Spearmanrankcoefficientshowsnosignificantimprovement,therehadevenbeenanincreaseinpollutioninsomeareas.ThemonthlyaverageO3concentrationattheprovinciallevelshowedasinglepeakpattern,andO3pollutionshowedregionalizationcharacteristics.Theareasthattheannualaverageconcentrationex-ceededthestandardwerelocatedtwoareas,onewasthecentralandsouthareaoftheFenheValleybetweentheTaihangandtheLvliangmountains,theotherwastheChangzhibasinontheeastsideoftheZhongtiaoandTaiyuemountains.ThediurnalvariationofO3showedasinglepeakpatterninthethreetypicalcities.ThemonthlyaverageO3concentrationofJinzhongandLinfenshoweda'M'pattern,andthemonthlyaverageO3concentrationofDatonga'singlepeak'pattern.Tocontinuouslyimproveairquality,ShanxiProvinceshouldstrengthenthecoordinatedcontrolofPM2.5andO3,promoteindustrialstructureadjustment,strengthentheemissionreductionofVOC,improvetheconstructionofVOCmonitoringnetwork.
