液相色谱-串联质谱法检测猪肉中28 种 β -受体激动剂
目的 建立动物源食品中 28 种 β2-受体激动剂药物的 LC-MS/MS 检测方法。方法 待测样品中的 β2-受体激动剂用 0.2 mol/L 乙酸钠(pH5.2)溶液提取, 经固相萃取柱净化、浓缩、定容后采用液相色谱-串联质谱法在正离子模式下检测。 结果 该方法在2.5~25 μg/L范围内有良好的线性关系, 相关系数r>0.996, 在猪肉中, 不同的添加水平下该方法的平均回收率范围在 60.8%~116.6%, 相对标准偏差为 1.74%~18.47%; 定量下限为0.500 ?g/kg。结论 此方法灵敏度高、准确、重现性好, 适用于猪肉中 β2-受体激动剂残留量的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of 28 β2-agonists in animal tissues by liq-uid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Methods The residues of β2-agonists in the test samples were extracted with 0.2 mol/L sodium acetate (pH5.2). After being cleaned up with column, concentrated and reconstituted, the residues were detected by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry under multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) via positive-ion mode. Results The method showed a good linearity over the range of 2.5~25 μg/L for β2-agonists with r>0.996. The average recoveries were 60.8%~116.6% at three or four spiked le-vels in pork, and the relative standard deviations were 1.74%~18.47%. The limit of quantitation was 0.500 μg/kg. Conclusion This method is highly sensitive, accurate and reproducible, and it is suitable for the detection of β-agonists in pork.
