Internal quality control procedures were established in the chemical analysis lab to ensure the con-sistently obtaining of accurate and reliable data. Mathematical statistics technology has been one of the main me-thods applied to internal quality control procedures. This paper analysed the difference of requirements and guides on mathematical statistics technology application in the lab’s internal quality control at home and abroad, and pointed out that related guides should be drafted as soon as possible. Series of application standards on mathematical statistics technology should be issued, and related publicity and training should been strengthened in our country.
