摘要：在不同钢铁基体表面进行无氰镀镉钛和氰化镀镉钛,对比不同钢铁基体表面两种工艺的镀层氢脆性能、疲劳性能和拉伸性能.结果表明:300M钢和4340钢进行无氰镀镉钛和氰化镀镉钛后的氢脆性能差异不明显.300M钢和50CrVA钢进行无氰镀镉钛和氰化镀镉钛后,疲劳性能有较小的变化.50CrVA钢进行无氰镀镉钛后疲劳极限相比裸材降低了1.5％,进行氰化镀镉钛后疲劳极限相比裸材提高了5.0％;300M钢进行无氰镀镉钛后疲劳极限相比于裸材增加了3％;进行氰化镀镉钛后疲劳极限相比于裸材降低了7％.无氰电镀镉钛对300M钢和50CrVA钢基体拉伸性能影响较小,相比于裸材,各项指标数值波动均在5％以内.
Abstract：Cyanidefreecadmiumtitaniumplatingandcyanidecadmiumtitaniumplatingwereper-formedonthesurfacesofdifferentsteelsubstrates,andthehydrogenembrittlement,fatigue,andten-silepropertiesofthecoatingswerecomparedbetweenthetwoprocessesonthesurfacesofdifferentsteelsubstrates.Theresultsshowthatthereisnosignificantdifferenceinhydrogenembrittlementperfor-mancebetween300Msteeland4340steelaftercyanidefreecadmiumtitaniumplatingandcyanideplat-edcadmiumtitaniumplating.Aftercyanidefreecadmiumtitaniumplatingandcyanideplatedcadmiumtitaniumplatingon300Msteeland50CrVAsteel,therewasasmallchangeinfatigueperformance.Af-tercyanidefreecadmiumtitaniumplatingon50CrVAsteel,thefatiguelimitwasreducedby1.5％com-paredtothebarematerial,andaftercyanideplatingoncadmiumtitanium,thefatiguelimitwasin-creasedby5.0％comparedtothebarematerial.Aftercyanidefreecadmiumtitaniumplatingat300Msteel,thefatiguelimitincreasedby3％comparedtothebarematerial.Aftercyanideplatingcadmiumti-tanium,thefatiguelimitwasreducedby7％comparedtobarematerials.Cyanidefreeelectroplatingofcadmiumtitaniumhaslittleeffectonthetensilepropertiesof300Msteeland50CrVAsteelmatrices,andcomparedtobarematerials,thefluctuationofvariousindexvaluesiswithin5％.
