摘要：某型转速信号转换器在修理过程中偶发转速跳变故障.由于缺少电路原理图、明细表等技术资料,且故障为偶发故障,难以有效地对产品进行测试,不便定位产品的故障点.通过对转速信号转换器进行实物测绘,自主生成产品的电路原理图、明细表等核心技术资料.根据电路测绘和原理分析的结果,识别产品技术状态,分析产品的设计缺陷,为产品的优化改进提出建议.
Abstract：Acertaintypeofspeedsignalconverterhasanoccasionalspeedjumpfaultduringrepair.Duetothelackofcircuitschematics,detailsandothertechnicaldata,andthefaultisaccidental,itisdifficulttoeffectivelytesttheproductandinconvenienttolocatethefaultpointoftheproduct.Throughthephysicalmappingofthespeedsignalconverter,thecircuitschematicdiagramandspecificationtableoftheproductaregeneratedindependently.Accordingtotheresultsofcircuitmappingandprincipleanalysis,identifythetechnicalstatusoftheproduct,analyzethedesigndefectsoftheproduct,andputforwardsuggestionsfortheoptimizationandimprovementoftheproduct.
