摘要：应急广播播出系统的设计直接关乎突发事件下的社会治安和信息传播.文章以天津广播电视台应急广播直播间的系统设计与建设为例,分析系统的设计原则、功能、设备架构、输入输出设计以及设备选型等方面内容.在运行可靠性、经济建设性等设计原则指导下,构建主备冗余、异地分布的系统架构.在明确导播间与直播间功能区分的前提下,实现灵活的人机交互模式.实践证明,应急广播直播间系统的建设能够实现高可靠、灵活、经济的应急广播直播功能,满足应急状态下的社会治安与信息传播需求.
Abstract：Thedesignofemergencybroadcastsystemisdirectlyrelatedtothesocialsecurityandinformationdisseminationundertheemergency.TakingthedesignandconstructionoftheTianjinradioandtelevisionstationemergencybroadcastroomasanexample,thispaperanalyzesthedesignprinciples,functions,equipmentarchitecture,inputandoutputdesignandequipmentselectionofthesystem.Undertheguidanceofoperationalreliability,economicandconstructivedesignprinciples,asystemarchitecturewithredundancyofmainandstandbyanddistributedindifferentplacesisconstructed.Onthepremiseofclarifyingthefunctionaldistinctionbetweenthepilotroomandthelivebroadcastroom,flexibleman-machineinteractionmodeisrealized.Practicehasprovedthattheconstructionoftheemergencybroadcastliveroomsystemcanrealizethehigh-reliability,flexibleandeconomicalemergencybroadcastlivefunction,andmeettheneedsofsocialsecurityandinformationdisseminationinanemergencystate.
