摘要：针对一些大型模型的风洞试验需求,在特定风洞环境中设计五自由度操作机,用于支撑试验模型开展风洞试验.通过分析模型的重力及气动载荷、操作机的安装及使用空间、指标要求,采用串并联结构形式,实现特定风洞环境中的五自由度操作机设计.有限元分析结果表明:该操作机满足刚度、强度指标,精度和行程满足要求,能实现一类模型的风洞试验需求,具有重要价值.
Abstract：Inordertomeettherequirementsofwindtunneltestforsomelarge-scalemodels,afive-degree-of-freedommanipulatorshouldbedesignedinaspecificwindtunnelenvironmenttosupportthetestmodeltocarryoutwindtunneltest.Byanalyzingthegravityandaerodynamicloadofthemodel,theinstallationandusespaceofthemanipulatorandtheindexrequirements,theseries-parallelstructureisadoptedtorealizethedesignofthefive-degree-of-freedommanipulatorinthespecificwindtunnelenvironment.Theresultsoffiniteelementanalysisshowthatthemanipulatormeetstherequirementsofstiffness,strength,accuracyandstroke,andcanmeettherequirementsofwindtunneltestforakindofmodel,whichisofgreatvalue.
