文档摘要：本研究旨在探讨韩国基础教育改革对我国"双减"政策的启示与反思.通过对韩国基础教育改革的概述和缺陷以及我国"双减"政策的背景和实施情况进行比较分析,得出以下结论:韩国基础教育改革的缺陷主要表现在竞争压力过大、教育资源不均衡、应试教育导致创造力和综合能力不足以及学校评价机制失衡等方面;而我国"双减"政策在减负和促进学生发展方面取得了一定成效.基于此,我们可以从韩国基础教育改革中得到启示,包括强调教育质量和公平并重、强化综合素质评价、健全学生心理健康与课业负担平衡的机制等方面.这些启示可以指导我国进一步完善"双减"政策,促进我国基础教育的可持续发展.
Abstract：Thisstudyaimstoexploretheenlightenmentandreflectionofthebasiceducationreformonthe"doublereduction"policyinKorea.Throughthecomparativeanalysisoftheoverviewanddefectsofbasiceducationreformandthebackgroundandimplementationofthe"doublereduction"policy,thefollowingconclusions:thede-fectsinSouthKoreaaremainlymanifestedinexcessivecompetitionpressure,unbalancededucationresources,in-sufficientcreativityandcomprehensiveabilitycausedbyexam-orientededucation,andimbalanceofschoolevaluationmechanism;the"doublereduction"policyinreducingburdenandpromotingstudentdevelopment.Basedonthis,wecangetinspirationfromthereformofbasiceducationinSouthKorea,includingtheemphasisoneducationquali-tyandfairness,strengtheningtheevaluationofcomprehensivequality,andimprovingthemechanismofbalancebe-tweenstudents'mentalhealthandschoolworkburden.TheseinspirationscanguideChinatofurtherimprovethe"doublereduction"policyandpromotethesustainabledevelopmentofbasiceducationinChina.
