Abstract：Withthesupportofthecopyrightconcentrationeffect,theexclusivecopyrightlicensingmodelcommonlyusedinthedigitalmusicmarketleadstomonopolyrisk,andthemarketpowerofdigitalmusicplatformswithalargenumberofmusiccopyrightsisgrowingdaybyday.ByanalyzingthehandlingresultsofthecaseofillegaloperatorconcentrationintheacquisitionofsharesofChinaMusicGroupbyTencentHoldingsCo.,Ltd.,thispaperstudiesthecausesandregulationmethodsofthemonopolypatterninthedigitalmusicmarket,andproposesthattheanti-monopolyregulationofthedigitalmusicmarketshouldbecombinedwithpre-supervisionandpost-relief,andthatstructuralreliefandbehavioralreliefshouldbecombinedtopromotetheorderlyoperationandhealthydevelopmentofthecompetitivemarketofdigitalmusic.
