文档摘要：近年来,全球氢能市场蓬勃发展,主要国家已将氢能纳入国家发展战略并出台一系列优惠政策.采用德尔菲法、文献调研法等方法创建筛选指标评价体系,从绿氢和蓝氢2个维度,分析了氢能投资主要影响因素的基本内涵和权重占比,包括资源经济性、能源转型积极度和营商环境,选择具有代表性的子指标及其数据来源,创建氢能投资国别筛选模型,在多次筛选并考虑投资风险的情况下,确定我国能源公司氢能投资目标国名单,以期为我国能源公司布局全球氢能产业提供决策依据.
Abstract：Inrecentyears,theglobalhydrogenenergymarkethasflourished,andmajorcountrieshaveincorporatedhydrogenenergyintonationaldevelopmentstrategiesandintroducedaseriesofpreferentialpolicies.ThispaperusesDelphimethod,literatureresearchmethodandothermethodstocreateascreeningindexevaluationsystem.Fromthetwodimensionsofgreenhydrogenandbluehydrogen,thispaperanalyzesthebasicconnotationandweightproportionofthemaininfluencingfactorsofhydrogenenergyinvestment,includingresourceeconomy,energytransformationpositivedegreeandbusinessenvironment.Byselectingrepresentativesub-indicatorsandtheirdatasources,anationalscreeningmodelforhydrogenenergyinvestmentiscreated.Throughmultiplescreeningsandconsideringinvestmentrisks,thelistofhydrogenenergyinvestmenttargetcountriesofChina'senergycompaniesisdetermined,inordertoprovidedecision-makingbasisforChina'senergycompaniestolayouttheglobalhydrogenenergyindustry.
