文档摘要：随着智慧城市建设和大数据的发展普及，公共自行车系统逐渐向智慧型转变。本文在回顾公共自行车发展历史的基础上，介绍了智慧型公共自行车的特点和典型案例，认为未来智慧型公共自行车的发展方向将从地理固定的公共自行车服务点向可移动服务，公共自行车的骑行大数据将为公共自行车商业运营、开启碳账户提供可能，促进居民生活方式与碳交易结合；同时，智慧型公共自行车将从注重自身系统的管理转向多领域的整体统筹，成为智慧城市建设的重要内容。
Abstract：Withtheconstructionofsmartcityandthedevelopmentofbigdatapopularization,thepublicbicyclesystemappliesgraduallytothesmarttransformation.Inthispaper,onthebasisofreviewingthehistoricaldevelopmentofpublicbicycle,itintroducesthesmartcharacteristicandthetypicalcasesofpublicbicycles,tothinkwiththefuturedevelop-mentdirectionofsmartpublicbicyclesfromgeographicalfixedpublicbicycleservicepointtomobileservices,publicbi-cyclesridebigdatawillprovidepublicbicyclesbusiness,toopenaccountpossible,promotetheresidentswayoflifecombinedwithcarbontrading;Atthesametime,ansmartpublicbicyclewillpayattentiontotheirsystemsfrommanage-menttotheoverallplanasawhole,inthefieldoftheimportantpartofsmarturbanconstruction.
