乳制品检测实验室必须要科学有效地进行风险管理, 建立系统的、完整的以及具有较强实施性的风险管理流程。根据内外部环境的变化, 加强对整个检测过程的层层把关, 加强对实验室运行过程中众多风险点的识别、分析、评估和防控,不断识别并更新风险, 采取有效的风险控制措施, 规避和降低实验室的管理与质量风险, 推动实验室管理水平的持续提升。

The dairy testing laboratory must carry out risk management scientifically and effectively. A systematic, complete and highly implemented risk management process should be established. According to the changes of the internal and external environment, we should strengthen the level-by-level inspection of the entire inspection process, strengthen the identification, analysis, evaluation and prevention of many risk points during the operation of the laboratory, and continuously identify and update risks. We should take effective risk control measures to avoid and reduce laboratory management and quality risks, and promote the continuous improvement of laboratory management.
