Solid phase extraction (SPE) is a common method in sample pretreatment, which has the advantages of less reagent consumption, less environmental pollution, no emulsification and simple operation. This paper introduced the applications of 3 new solid phase extraction technologies in the field of food detection, including solid-phase microextraction (SPME), matrix solid-phase dispersive extraction (MSPD) and on-line solid-phase extraction (on-line SPE), analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of each technology, and expounded the development limitations and trends of each technology in the field of food detection, in order to provide reference for the application of these 3 technologies.
