响应面法优化超声辅助提取油茶叶总酚的工艺研究
目的 采用超声辅助响应面法优化油茶叶总酚的提取工艺。方法 以油茶叶多酚含量为指标, 在单因素实验基础上运用Box-Behnken响应面法设计四因素三水平提取实验。 结果 最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度50%, 振幅比30%, 超声时间20 min, 料液比1:45(m:V), 在此条件下测得油茶叶多酚含量为(89.506±0.273) mg/g, 与模型预测数值相差较小。结论 在最优条件下, 油茶叶多酚的提取率得到了提高。
Objective To optimize the ultrasonic assisted extraction of total phenol from oil tea leaves by response surface methodology. Methods With polyphenol content of oil tea leaves as index, the Box-Behnken response surface method was used to design the four-factor and three-level extraction experiments based on the single-factor experiment. Results The best process conditions were 50% ethanol concentration, 30% amplitude ratio, ultrasonic time 20 min, and material-liquid ratio 1?45 (m:V). Under these conditions, the polyphenol content of Camellia oleifera was (89.506± 0.273) mg/g, which has small difference from model predictions. Conclusion Under the optimal conditions, the extraction rate of polyphenols from oil tea leaves is improved.
