保健品行业质量管理模式研究
通过对国内外保健品行业及监管体系的研究, 本文以汤臣倍健新型智能连续生产线设计和生产为例, 提出了“天平型”质量管理模式, 阐述了质量保证和研发指导下开展质量控制工作的方法和意义, 并对保健品现行“侏儒型”质量管理模式的弊端进行了分析。同时对我国保健品质量安全的生产质量管理模式及工作方法提出建议, 指出只有通过质量管理体系的提升和改进, 才能提高保健品企业质量安全水平, 进而实现中国保健品整体安全水平的提升。
Based on the research of health care products industry and supervision system at home and abroad, this paper took the By- health and production of a new intelligent continuous production line of By-Health as an example, studied and put forward the “balance type” quality management mode, expounded the methods and significance of quality control under the guidance of quality assurance and research and development, and divided the disadvantages of the current “dwarf type” quality management mode of health care products. At the same time, this article put forward suggestions on the production quality management mode and working methods of health care products quality and safety in China, pointed out that only through the improvement of quality management system, could the quality and safety level of health care products enterprises be improved, and then improved the overall safety level of health care products in China.
