2018年水产品国家食品安全监督抽检结果分析
目的 分析2018年我国水产品的食品安全形势。方法 汇总2018年水产品国家食品安全监督抽检结果, 对其不合格项目等信息进行分析。结果 2018年共抽检水产品1248批次, 检出不合格样品58批次, 总体合格率为95.4%, 其中鱼类的合格率为96.8%, 虾类和贝类的合格率分别为93.8%和91.1%, 蟹类的合格率仅为81.3%。淡水鱼和海水鱼的不合格原因主要是恩诺沙星残留超标, 贝类的不合格原因主要是检出禁用兽药氯霉素, 海水虾和海水蟹的不合格原因主要是镉超标。结论 蟹类、贝类、虾类等水产品的合格率偏低, 不合格原因主要是违规使用兽药和镉污染。
Objective To analyze the safety situation of aquatic products in China in 2018. Methods The results of state food safety supervision and sampling inspection of aquatic products in 2018 were collect, and the unqualified items and other information were analyzed. Results A total of 1248 batches of aquatic products were tested in 2018, and 58 batches of unqualified samples were found, with an overall qualified rate of 95.4%, including 96.8% for fish, 93.8% for shrimp and 91.1% for shellfish, and the qualified rate of crabs was mere 81.3%. The main reason for the disqualification of freshwater fish and seawater fish was the excessive residue of enoxacin, the main reason for the disqualification of shellfish was the banned veterinary drug chloramphenicol, and the main reason for the disqualification of seawater shrimp and seawater crab was the excessive cadmium. Conclusion The qualified rates of crab, shellfish, shrimp and other aquatic products are low, and the main reasons for the unqualification are illegal use of veterinary drugs and cadmium pollution.
