云南边民互市进口食品安全研究现状
近年来, 随着我国经济的快速发展和在我国“一带一路”发展战略大背景下, 云南与周边邻国(越南、缅甸、老挝)的边境贸易发展日益加快, 其中民互市进口食品为边境贸易的重要组成部分。但因边民互市进口食品是在异国生产、加工以及运输的特殊性和云南边贸地理位置的特殊性, 使云南边民互市进口食品在发展的过程中存在一定安全隐患。如何保障边民互市进口食品安全、促进边境地区经济发展, 扩大沿边开发开放, 实现兴边富民、稳边固边和云南边民互市进口食品的快速发展是未来云南边境贸易发展的重点。本文主要从云南边民互市进口食品发展现状、云南边民互市进口食品面临的问题以及对云南边民互市进口食品安全的发展提出建议等方面进行概述, 希望为今后云南边贸进口食品的发展提供理论借鉴。

In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economy and under the background of the belt and road development strategy in China, the development of border trade between Yunnan and its neighboring countries (Vietnam, Burma and Laos) is accelerating. Among them, the import of food from the people's market is an important part of border trade. However, due to the particularity of production, processing and transportation in different countries and the particularity of the geographical location of Yunnan border trade, there are certain safety risks in the development process of Yunnan border trade imported food. How to ensure the safety of imported food, promote the economic development of border areas, expand the development and opening up along the border, and realize the rapid development of the imported food of prospering the border. Stabilizing the border and consolidating the border and the border of Yunnan is the focus of the development of Yunnan border trade in the future. This article mainly summarizes the current situation of the development of the imported food in Yunnan frontier trade, the problems faced by the imported food in Yunnan frontier trade, and puts forward suggestions for the development of the safety of the imported food in Yunnan frontier trade. We hope to provide theoretical reference for the development of the imported food in Yunnan frontier trade in the future.
