预包装食品标签常见问题及分析
随着社会经济的发展和人民生活节奏的加快, 预包装食品成为人们生活中的必需品, 同时食品包装标签作为直接向消费者提供食品信息的唯一载体, 其真实性和准确性尤其重要。本文依据 GB 7718-2011《食品安全国家标准预包装食品标签通则》中要求, 对预包装食品标签标识中存在的常见问题进行了汇总。希望能够加深食品生产者、经销者和消费者对标签的理解和认识, 促进我国预包装食品标签标注进一步规范化, 提高标签标注质量, 为行政执法监督机构提供技术支持, 充分保障消费者知情权和选择权, 进而有效地维护我国的食品安全。
With the development of social economy and the accelerated pace of people’s lives, prepackaged food has become a necessity in people’s life. At the same time, as the only direct carrier to provide food information to consumers, the authenticity and accuracy of food packaging labeling are particularly important. According to the requirements of GB 7718-2011 National food safety standard general rules for the labeling of prepackaged food, this article summarized the common problems in the labeling of prepackaged food. It is hoped that it could deepen the understanding of food producers, distributors and consumerson labelling, promote the further standardization of labeling of prepackaged food, improve the quality of labeling, provide technical support for administrative law enforcement supervision agencies, and help to fully protect consumers' right to know and choose, thereby effectively safeguarded food safety in China.
