志贺氏菌传统检验方法研究进展
志贺菌是引起人类肠道疾病的常见致病菌,在一些发展中国家腹泻致病菌中居重要地位。为了有效地预防、治疗和控制水、饲料以及食物中的传染病,快速检测和鉴定水、饲料以及食物中的志贺菌具有十分重要的意义。本文综述了近年来传统的志贺菌检测方法的进展,并介绍了这些方法的优缺点。
Shigella is a common pathogenic bacteria species causing human intestinal diseases and it is one of the main diarrhea-causing bacteria in some developing countries. For the efficient prevention, treatment and control of water, feed and food-borne diseases, it is of very important significance to rapidly detect and identify Shigella in water, feed and food. The paper reviews the recent advances in traditional detection methods of Shigella species and describes the advantages and disadvantages of these methods as well.
