In recent years, food safety problems have emerged in an endless stream and have seriously affected the stability of the national economy and the people's livelihood. The eradication of such problems depends on the rapid development of sensitive and efficient detection technology. The immunesensors have a series of significant advantages such as high sensitivity, high specificity, low cost, short detection time, easy operation and easy promotion, which makes them become a research hotspot and extremely popular in various fields such as medicine, environment and food safety. This paper briefly summarizes the principles and main types of immunosensors, and focuses on the research status of the detection of four kinds of harmful substances such as pesticides, veterinary drugs, biotoxins and pathogenic microorganisms in food, and at last predicts the main development trend in the future.
