决明子的开发利用现状及发展趋势
决明子是我国盛产的营养丰富的一种食药两用的原料,近些年,针对决明子的研究大量展开。本文介绍决明的营养价值和保健功效,并通过综述决明子在医药和食品行业的应用,为决明子加工产业的健康快速发展提供一定参考价值。

Cassia seed is a Chinese nutritious and edible-medicinal fruit. In recent years, many researches on Cassia seed has been carried out. This paper introduces the nutritional value and health effect of Cassia seed. And the application of cassia seed in the pharmaceutical and food industry were reviewed to provide some references for the healthy and rapid development of the Cassia seed processing industry.
