食品相关产品微生物检验的质量控制
食品安全直接关系着人们的身体健康和生命安全, 作为食品产品链上的重要组成部分, 食品相关产品的安全性也越来越受到人们的关注。而食源性疾病是食品安全的主要问题, 由病原微生物引起的疾病往往占多数, 因此, 专业化和精确化的微生物检测技术才能应对现代食品安全问题。目前, 食品相关产品微生物检验处于不断研究和探索创新的阶段, 对食品相关产品微生物检验检测的质量控制正不断加强, 食品相关产品微生物检验处于交叉地带, 介于这种特殊性, 有必要加强这方面的研究。本文从检验质量体系建设方面着手, 分析分析了食品相关产品微生物检验工作的现状, 并提出了加强食品相关产品微生物检验的质量控制策略。
Food safety is directly related to people's health and life safety. As an important part of the food product chain, the safety of food-related products is also receiving more and more attention. Foodborne diseases are the main problems of food safety, and diseases caused by pathogenic microorganisms often account for the majority. Therefore, only professional and accurate microbiological detection technology can be used to cope with modern food safety problems. Microbial detection technique of food-related products is currently in the stage with continual research, exploration and innovation, and quality control of microbial detection technique on food-related products is being constantly strengthened. Microbiological testing of food-related products is in a cross–section, because of this particularity, it is necessary to strengthen this research of microbiological test. This paper analyzed the status of microbiological testing of food-related products, and tried to put forward the quality control strategy of microorganism inspection of food related products from the aspect of inspection quality system construction.
