控制图在乳品企业质量控制中的应用
质量是企业的生命线, 质量控制图是企业常用来监控产品质量的有效工具之一, 能够及时判断产品生产过程是否出现问题、全产业链是否受控。近年来, 我国婴幼儿配方奶粉的安全问题越来越受到重视, 有效的质量控制手段对于乳品企业而言不可或缺。本文介绍了控制图的原理及其判异准则, 分别阐述了控制图在乳粉原料验收、生产过程以及成品检测质量控制中的作用, 并利用奶粉标准样品中蛋白质测含量的x ?-s及x ?-R控制图来说明其对乳企检测实验室质量控制中的应用, 为乳品企业改善生产质量提供参考。
Quality is the lifeblood of an enterprise, and quality control chart is one of the effective tools commonly used by enterprises to monitor product quality, which can timely determine whether there are problems in the production process of products and whether the whole industrial chain is controlled. In recent years, the safety of infant formula milk powder in China has received more and more attention, and effective quality control measures are indispensable for dairy enterptises. This paper introduced the principle and criteria of control chart, expounded the role of the control chart in the acceptance of milk powder raw materials, the production process and the control of the finished product inspection, also used the x ?-s and x ?-R control chart of protein in milk powder to illustrate its application to the quality control of testing laboratories in dairy enterprises, which provided reference for dairy enterprises to improve production quality.
