Objective Through analyzing of the requirements of guidance on technical requirements of enterprise internal testing laboratoryg, This paper mainly guided the efficient operation of the internal laboratory of the company from 3 aspects: the difference analysis of the internal laboratory and the third-party laboratory, the application effect of the guide and the opinions of the application of the guide, which could guide the internal laboratory to improve operational efficiency and ensure the validity of test results. The analysis of this application could continuously promote the scientific development of the internal laboratory management work, and also grasp the evaluation scale for the accredited reviewers, which would help promoting the accreditation development of laboratories throughout the country.
