体育赛事中食品物流安全体系的构建
在体育赛事中保证食品安全, 直接影响运动员的饮食健康, 以及体育赛事的顺利进行, 而食品物流的安全是保证食品安全重要的一个环节, 因此需要构建合理的食品物流框架, 来保证食品供应的安全。本文对食品物流安全体系的基本环节与主体, 食品物流安全体系的构建方法进行分析, 并提出可行性建议, 以期为体育赛事承办单位关于构建食品物流安全体系提供参考。
Ensuring food safety in sports events directly affects the health of athletes' diet and the smooth running of sports events. The safety of food logistics is an important part of ensuring food safety. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a reasonable food logistics framework to ensure the safety of food supply. This paper analyzed the basic links and subjects of the food logistics safety system and the construction method of the food logistics safety system, and put forward feasible suggestions, in order to provide references for the organizers of sports events on the construction of the food logistics safety system.
