Based on the current situation of China's agricultural e-commerce development and the necessity of agricultural product safety, it is urgently need to adjust and update the food safety supervision policy. This paper focused on the discussion on the policy of subsection supervision: agricultural suppliers should be supervised in the original source; the distribution system needed to be strengthened in the logistics; in order to solve the problem of information asymmetry in the process of agricultural products’ market transaction, we should introduce some policies such as appropriate punishment, guiding autonomy, encouraging competition, preventing monopoly and establishing credit evaluation system; a perfect traceability inspection system for the quality safety of agricultural products should be established, so as to provide some suggestions for the health operation of e-commerce of agricultural products in China.
