2015~2016年新疆某地区牛羊布鲁氏菌病流行病学调查与分析
目的 调查分析新疆某地区2015~2016年之间家畜牛和羊布鲁氏菌病的流行情况。方法 本研究用虎红平板凝集实验方法对2015~2016年期间新疆某地区11个乡镇的牛和羊进行布鲁氏菌病血清学检测, 其中牛血清2877份, 羊血清8049份。 结果 2015~2016年, 该地区牛布鲁氏菌病总阳性检出率达1.39%(40/2877), 羊布鲁氏菌病达0.40%(33/8049); 散养户牛阳性率3.04%(26/856)、羊阳性率1.62%(19/1176), 规模养殖场牛阳性率0.69%(14/2019)、羊阳性率0.20%(14/6873)。此外, 该区2016年牛羊布鲁氏菌病总体流行情况均较2015年低, 即2015年牛、羊布鲁氏菌病阳性检出率分别为1.66%(25/1508)和0.5%(21/4008), 而2016年牛羊该病阳性检出率分别为1.09%(15/1369)和0.29%(12/4029)。结论 2015~2016年间新疆某地区牛羊群存在布鲁氏菌病疫情, 但总体发展有所好转, 呈下降趋势。
Objective To investigate the situation of brucellosis of bovine and sheep in some region of Xinjiang in 2015-2016. Methods A total of 10926 blood samples were collected from ruminant livestock in different regions of Xinjiang in 2015-2016, including 8049 sheep serums and 2877 bovine serums, which were subjected to be detected by ross-bengal plate agglutination test methods. Results The total positive rate was 0.40% (33/8049) in sheep, and 1.39% (40/2877) in bovine. As for scattering raising-households, the cattle positive rate was 3.04% (26/856) and the sheep positive rate was 1.62%(19/1176), as for large-scale farms, the cattle positive rate was 0.69% (14/2019) and the sheep positive rate was 0.20% (14/6873). In addition, the overall epidemic situation of brucellosis in bovine and sheep in 2016 was lower than that in 2015. In 2015, the brucellosis infection rate was 0.5% (21/4008) in sheep, and 1.66% (25/1508) in bovine. In 2016, the brucellosis infection rate was 0.29% (12/4029) in sheep, and 1.09% (15/1369) in bovine. Conclusion The brucellosis is widely prevalence in different regions of Xinjiang during 2015-2016. However, overall development has improved, showing a downward trend.
