真假干邑白兰地的鉴定研究进展
白兰地是世界著名的蒸馏酒之一, 深受世界各国人民的喜爱。白兰地的生产遍布世界各地, 其中以法国干邑(Cognac)地区生产的白兰地品质最为优秀。由于干邑白兰地的价格昂贵, 但制酒的成本却低廉, 从而导致制作假冒名牌干邑白兰地的利润畸高, 从而使得假冒白兰地的泛滥, 其严重程度已经引起多方面的重视, 特别是酒类管理部门的重视。本文对近年来干邑白兰地的真假鉴定技术的研究发展进行了分析, 为了保证酒类市场的健康运行, 有必要对真假酒更深入地进行研究, 此项研究工作有着广泛的实际应用前景。
