保健食品人体试食实验人群选择例数合理性研究
随着我国社会经济的稳步提升, 居民生活质量日渐优化, 饮食结构也在逐步改善, 为了增强免疫力、延缓衰老, 很多人都开始食用保健品。对于保健品公司而言, 具体消费者的确定是其开发产品、制定销售方案的重要依据。本研究介绍了保健食品人群实验合理例数的计算方法, 对中国、韩国、日本3国政策对人群例数选择要求进行了对比, 然后对糖化血红蛋白和低密度脂蛋白实验样本为例进行了样本量计算分析, 总结了保健食品人体试食实验人群选择例数需要满足的条件。
With the steady improvement of our country’s social economy, the quality of life of residents has been gradually optimized, and the dietary structure is gradually improving. In order to enhance immunity and delay aging, many people begin to eat health products. For health care products companies, the confirmation of specific consumers is an important basis for their product development and sales plans. This study introduced the method of calculating the reasonable number of cases in the population experiment of health food, and compared the 3 policies of China, South Korea and Japan to choose the number of people. This article calculated and analyzed the samples of glycated hemoglobin and low density lipoprotein and summarized the conditions that needed to be satisfied for the selection of samples of health food human experimentation.
