The food production licensing system is the first barrier to standardize and improve the production level of food production enterprises, reduce food safety accidents and promote the progress of the whole food industry. This paper made a statistical analysis on the problems found in the on-site inspection of food production license by 23 enterprises producing green plum products in Zhao’an county. The key items and problems of field inspection of food production license were classified and described, and the relevant suggestions for improvement were put forward from the actual work. It will provide useful references for the on-site verification of the production license of green plum products and the on-site verification of other types of food.
