浅谈实验室仪器设备管理
仪器设备是对产品进行检测的重要资源, 同时也是得到产品检验项目参数与指标的重要检测工具。做好实验室仪器设备管理工作对规范工作流程、提高工作质量十分重要。本研究对食品检测机构实验室建设过程中实验仪器设备的采购、安装调试、运行等过程中所做的工作, 以及对实验室的仪器设备管理运行进行概述, 并针对存在的问题提出了建议。通过从常规仪器管理、精密测量仪器管理及管理者的角度探讨了精密测量实验室仪器设备管理的细节。未来的实验仪器设备管理必将是充分借助信息技术并结合分析、推理等理论作为实施手段, 建立健全信息化管理体系。从而对仪器设备的使用及维护情况进行实时跟踪监测, 进而来有效促使实验室仪器设备使用效率的快速提升。
Instruments and equipment are important resources for testing products, and they are also important tools for testing product parameters and indicators. It is very important to do well in the management of laboratory equipment for standardizing the work process and improving the quality of work. This paper briefly discussed the works done in the process of procurement, installation, commissioning and operation of experimental instruments and equipment during the laboratory construction of food testing institutions, and the management and operation of the laboratory instruments and equipment, and also put forward some suggestions for the existing problems. This paper discusses the details of instrument management in precision measurement laboratory from the perspectives of general instrument management, precision measurement instrument management and managers. In the future, the management of experimental instruments and equipment will be to establish the information management system by making full use of information technology and combining the theories of analysis and reasoning. In this way, the use and maintenance of the equipment can be tracked and monitored in real time, so as to effectively improve the efficiency of laboratory equipment.
