Minitab在压片工序质量控制中的应用
工序质量控制在制造业中具有重要的意义, 能够提前预防不合格品的产生, 减少不合格品带来的成本损失。工序质量控制是建立在数据收集、整理、处理、分析的基础上的, 需要数据分析人员具备一定的专业素养和数据处理能力, 故使该质量管理方法的推广使用受到了一定的限制。Minitab软件是现代质量管理中的重要工具, 具有强大的数据统计和分析的功能, 为工序质量控制的推广应用奠定了基础。本文以压片过程中的质量控制为例, 分析了Minitab软件在压片的过程能力指数、过程稳定性、5M1E鱼骨图分析片重波动原因、柏拉图分析主要原因等方面的应用, 对于在制造业推广Minitab软件的应用, 提升企业的质量管理水平, 节约管理成本和产品成本, 实现全面质量管理具有重要意义。
Process quality control is of great importance in manufacturing, which can prevent nonconforming product in advance and reduce the loss of non-conformance. Process quality control is based on the data collection, sorting, processing and analysis, which means that the analysts must have certain professionalism and the data processing ability, thus to promote the use of the quality management method has certain limitations. Minitab software is an important tool in quality management, which has a powerful function of statistics and analysis, and lays the groundwork for the popularization and application of process quality control. This paper took the quality control of tableting process as an example, analyzed the application of process capability index, process stability, cause-and-effect diagram, Pareto chart, which had great significance for the promotion of application of Minitab software in manufacturing industry, the improvement of the quality management level and the cost saving including management costs and product cost. It is of great significance for the implementation of total quality management.
