基于因子分析法的居民食品安全满意度研究 ——以宁波市为例
目的 了解宁波居民对食品安全满意度的现状以及影响食品安全满意度的因素, 为相关行政部门加强监管提供依据。方法 采用问卷调查的方式, 结合因子分析和主成分分析对427位宁波居民食品安全满意度进行评价以及对满意度的影响因素进行分析。结果 采用因子分析法提取了卫生质量、政府监管和舆论监督3个公共因子, 通过分析发现卫生质量和政府监管是满意度的主要影响因子, 舆论监督是次要因子, 实证发现宁波居民食品安全满意度偏低(3.41), 但与调查得到的总体满意度(3.26)情况基本吻合。结论 相关部门应加大执法力度, 重点监管食品的卫生质量状况, 完善食品安全信息发布平台以提高信息透明度, 同时将群众监督和政府监管有机结合, 打造食品安全社会共治。
Objective To understand the status of Ningbo residents' satisfaction on food safety and the factors that affect the satisfaction of food safety, so as to provide the basis for administrative departments to strengthen supervision. Methods Using the method of questionnaire survey, combined with factor analysis and principal component analysis method, 427 Ningbo residents' food safety satisfaction were evaluated and the influence factors were analyzed. Results Using factor analysis method, 3 common factors were extracted, including health quality, government supervision and supervision by public opinion. According to the analysis, health quality and government supervision were the main factors which affect the satisfaction, and supervision of public opinion was the secondary factor. Food safety satisfaction of residents in Ningbowas low(3.41), which was identical with survey of the overall satisfaction (3.26). Conclusion Relevant departments should intensify the law enforcement, focus on the supervision of food hygienic quality, improve the food safety information publishing platform, so as to improve the transparency of information. Meanwhile, the masses supervision and government administration are combined to make food safety social interactive governance.
