电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定不锈钢电热水壶中 6种重金属的迁移量
目的 建立电感耦合等离子体-质谱法(inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry, ICP-MS)测定不锈钢电热壶中6种重金属的迁移量。方法 以10%乙醇(V:V)注入不锈钢电热水壶中至额定容积(或至最高水位线), 通电煮沸, 微沸0.5 h, 补充10%乙醇(V:V)至原体积, 室温放置24 h。同一件测试样品连续进行3次迁移试验, 每次均使用一份新的浸泡液。用ICP-MS测定浸出液中铅、镉、镍、铬、砷和锰6种重金属元素的迁移量。结果 随着浸泡次数的增加, 6种重金属的迁移量急剧下降。结论 本研究首次以10%的乙醇为模拟介质处理不锈钢电热壶样品, 分析结果对实践有参考意义。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of migration of 6 kinds of heavy metals in the stainless steel electric kettle by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Methods Adding 10% ethanol (V:V) into the rated capacity (or to the highest water level) of stainless steel electric kettle, keeping electric boiling for 0.5 h, and then adding 10% ethanol (V:V) to the original volume, the samples were placed for 24 h at room temperature. The migration experiment was carried out for the same samples, for three times using a new soaking liquid every time continuously. The migration of 6 kinds of heavy metal elements including lead, cadmium, nickel, chromium, arsenic and manganese from the leaching agent was determined by ICP-MS . Results The migration of 6 kinds of heavy metals decreased rapidly with the increase of the soaking frequency. Conclusion For the first time, the samples of stainless steel electric heating pot are processed with 10% ethanol as the simulated medium, and the analysis results have reference value to the practice.
