深圳口岸2013~2015年进口食品不合格情况分析
目的 对质检总局公布的2013~2015年深圳口岸进口食品不合格情况进行分析。方法 按照GB 2760-2014的食物分类系统进行整理分析, 得出深圳口岸进口食品主要不合格种类、不合格原因、原产地。选取其中焙烤食品类、饮料类、酒类、粮食及制品类等主要不合格食品种类, 以及主要不合格原因、主要不合格食品原产地, 分别建立4×4列联表, 使用Excel软件的Chitest函数进行列联表卡方(χ2)检验。结果 深圳口岸不合格食品种类与原产地、不合格原因与原产地在统计学上关联性显著(P<0.01)。结论 本研究可为深圳口岸进口食品各相关方落实法律责任、保护消费者健康和防止不合格食品入境提供依据。
Objective To analyze the date of unqualified imported food in Shenzhen port during 2013~2015, which was published by AQSIQ. Methods According to the food categorization system of GB 2760-2014, the main types of unqualified imported food in Shenzhen port, unqualified causes and countries of origin were obtained. The major food categories such as bakery wares, beverages, alcoholic beverages, cereals and cereal products etc. as well as unqualified causes, countries of origin were selected, and then 4×4 contingency tables were established, Chitest function of Excel software was used for contingency table chi-square test(χ2). Results The results showed that types of unqualified food and unqualified reasons had obvious or high correlation with origins respectively. Conclusion Accordingly, some suggestions are put forward for related parties of import food in Shenzhen port to carry out the legal responsibility, protect the health of consumers and prevent the entry of unqualified food.
