Frequent outbreaks of food safety emergencies caused many adverse effects on society. The improvement of long-term mechanism of food safety emergency response is necessary and urgent. Summing up experience from food safety incident response in recent years, this article refined four measures to provide a reference on establishing the long-term mechanism of food safety emergency response based on the response concept, coping style, illegal remediation, and risk warning.
