我国果品安全存在的问题及对策分析
食品安全是影响人类生存和发展的重要因素之一, 果品安全在食品安全中占有十分重要的地位。影响果品安全的因素多样复杂, 我国目前的果品生产条件和管理现状, 不可避免地导致产生许多果品安全方面的问题。本文在分析我国果品安全影响因素和果品安全存在问题的基础上, 探讨了保证我国果品安全的对策, 旨在提高果品安全水平, 保持我国果品在国际市场上的竞争力, 促进我国果业的健康持续发展。
Food safety is one of the important factors influencing the survival and development of human beings, and fruit safety plays a critical role in food safety. Factors affecting fruit safety were various and complicated, and a lot of fruit safety problems inevitably came into being on account of current fruit production conditions and the management situations in China. This review explored the countermeasures to improve fruit safety based on analysis of impacting factors and existing problems. We hope that these countermeasures can improve fruit safety level, maintain the competitiveness of our fruit products in international market, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of fruit industry in China.
