食品检测实验室中仪器设备的分类与检定校准需求分析
通过对食品检测实验室中所使用的仪器设备归纳分类, 结合现行的食品安全国家标准中对食品检测仪器的要求以及实验室认可对仪器设备的控制要求, 提出对食品检测实验室的计量和校准的需求分析, 保障食品检测数据的准确性。

In order to secure the precision of data, we classified the equipment and analyzed the need of equipment verification and calibration in food detecting laboratory based on National Food Safety Standards and CNAS which required equipment control in lab.
