食品安全地方标准存在的问题及建议
目的  综述我国食品安全地方标准存在的主要问题和对策。方法  查阅相关食品安全标准文献并分析、归纳。结果  食品安全地方标准存在法律法规滞后, 管理手段相对落后, 标准体系不够完善, 经费不足, 标准水平有待提高等问题。结论  鉴于我国目前状况, 需进一步加强法律法规体系建设, 创新地方标准, 建立统一协调机制, 完善地方标准管理制度等。

Objective  To summarize the main problems of local food safety standards and offer some measures and suggestions. Methods  Related articles about food safety standards were consulted and summarized. Results  The problems of local food safety standards include hysteretic laws and regulations, relatively backward management, imperfect standard system, insufficient funds and standard level for improvement. Conclusion  In view of the current situation in our country, we need to further strengthen the construction of laws and regulations, innovate local standards, establish a unified coordination mechanism, improve management system of the local standard, and so on.
