顶空-气相色谱质谱法测定与食品接触的聚苯乙烯塑料成型品中苯乙烯迁移量
目的  建立与食品接触的聚苯乙烯(PS)塑料成型品中苯乙烯迁移量的测定方法。方法  以水和大豆油为食品模拟液, 建立了顶空?色谱质谱(HS-GC/MS)联用法直接测定食品模拟物中的苯乙烯。结果  在两种不同的食品模拟物中, 方法的回收率为87.5~99.6%,相对标准偏差在2.5~6.4%, 检测限小于0.01 μg/mL。结论  该方法灵敏度高、定量准确、重现性好, 测定低限能够满足国际限量要求。

Objective  To establish a new method for determination of styrene from polystyrene plastic moldings in food simulants. Methods  A method was developed for the determination of styrene in food simulants (water and soyabean oil) by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry directly. Results  In two simulants, average recoveries ranged from 87.5 to 99.6% with relative standard deviations (RSD) between 2.5 and 6.4%. The detection limit was less than 0.01 μg/mL. Conclusion  This method has good sensitivity, accuracy and reproducibility. The limit of quantitation of this method can meet the international standard.
