仪器设备在食品检测中的应用及发展
随着经济的发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,居民对食品安全要求越来越高,而另一方面,随着技术的发展,加工食品中的各类添加剂,蔬菜茶叶中的农药残留,家禽家畜类饲料添加剂等的使用量也原来越大,利用各种仪器设备对食品进行检测,加强食品安全监控势在必行。本文主要介绍了实验室各种仪器设备在食品检测中的应用,并对其未来的发展方向进行了展望。
