安息香荧光法测定面粉及其制品中硼砂根
本研究根据Charles E.报道硼砂根可以与安息香作用产生荧光的原理,进行稳定性试验。研究结果表明:采用 Charles E.反应体系,硼砂与安息香作用前20min所产生的的荧光强较高,而在紫外光下暴露50min后,虽然荧光强度降低了很多,但是在随后的时间处于一个稳定状态,将该状态混合液进行液相分离后发现有新物质产生。在该条件下硼砂根为10-7mol/L~10-5mol/L范围内回归系数达到0.9999. 利用该条件建立的测定面制品中硼砂的含量回收率在83~102%之间,其中面粉中的回收率在100%左右。
It was study that reaction mechanism and fluorescence stability of borax given benzoin according to Charles E. achievement. The fluorescence maximum intensity is for a 20minute period then decrease. In UV for 50min the intensity is lost a larger number of values but be in stability. The new reaction products are found in mixed system and ratio of between benzoin and borax is 6∶1. When borax is in the range of 10-7mol/L~10-5mol/L, The borate concentration was linear with the fluorescence intensity (regression coefficient: 0.9999). It was optimistic result that borax in flour and related products was determined, and the the recovery rate is almost 100% and 83~102% respectively.
